Armor Screen is a combination of a premium wire cloth
and a molded Armor coating of high-grade polyurethane.
According to the company, this combination of technologies creates screens that have much higher open area
than conventional polyurethane screens and much longer
wear life than wire screens. The Armor
covering is molded to give the production advantages of relief tapered openings that increases throughput and
reduces plugging. Combine this with a
premium woven wire backbone, and it
creates a strong, highly wear resistant
screen.
