FLSmidth Excel LLC’s Raptor XL300 and XL400 cone

XL300 and XL400 wheeled plant models as stock
available for immediate purchase. Wheel-mounted
plant options include rear discharge and rear feed-side discharge for the crushers. When combined with
a horizontal 6-ft. x 20-ft. two- or three-deck screen,
the XL300 can be configured into a closed-circuit
crushing and screening plant. The crushers can be
configured with two- or three-deck horizontal screens

ProSizer 2612V is Astec Mobile Screens’ solution
for processing recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) with
more efficiency and greater profitability. The ProSizer
incorporates a double-deck VariVibe high frequency
screen and a horizontal shaft impactor to separate
the fractionated recycled asphalt pavement (FRAP)
into multiple sizes. The machine can boost productivity because of its stealth tappet redesign, hydraulic
screen angle adjustment and rotary screen tensioning system, the company says. The stealth tappet
redesign provides vibrators with increased serviceability, better performance and longer durability.
